About Us

Mission

To provide access to licensed and quality childcare in the rural community of Choiceland and surrounding area. To operate a childcare facility that meets the needs of families, as well as the community. To enhance young children’s environments by fostering safe spaces for growth in physical, cognitive, social, and emotional areas of development.

Vision

The vision of the CCCC board is to create a space that will host quality childcare within its walls and ultimately, foster an environment that promotes early childhood development, enhanced learning, and a positive space for both families and employees.

Collaboration both within and outside the centre's walls are key to the success of the vision and future of the CCCC.

Connection - Firstly, we stand strong on building quality relationships with children & families, employees, partners/sponsors, and the community.
Care - We strive to exude respect, safety, and care towards each family we serve. We value providing quality programming and environments through careful consideration and thoughtfulness.
Creativity - We meet child development in its most recent research and promote programming that supports children to learn through play, be curious and creative, spend time in nature, and learn through experiences.
Communication - Lastly, we value growing to meet the needs of children and families. This is done through continual listening, consulting, and collaboration.
